CLOBBER - EVENINGS & PROMOTIONS DUDE

The year was 1978. My brother and I each received new guitars from Santa. I was already in my "rock-n-roll" phase proudly displaying my new KISS guitar..my brother was still in his "pop" phase....proudly displaying his Shaun Cassidy guitar. If you don't know who Shaun Cassidy is....ask your parents, however you're never to young....or old....to rock-n-roll! Da Do Run Run baby...Da Do Run Run.....

ON-AIR

Seven Mary Three at McGuffy's
Wednesday 08-27-2008 3:53pm ET

Seven Mary Three will be playing McGuffy's House of Draft this Thursday night. Details on the poster below. 7M3 is one of those bands who blew-up big and quick on their first album, but the masses have pretty much ignored them since. They are one of my favorites, turning out great rock and roll, with a variety of flavors on each album. They're known for the rockers, but the soft, acoutsic songs are just as great. They haven't garnered the success with their next 5 releases - even though I think the albums are great and listen to them all regularly. Their debut was "American Standard", released September of '95 with the songs "Cumbersome", "My My" and "Water's Edge" all doing well at radio. Other singles include "Wait", "Over Your Shoulder", "Make Up Your Mind", and "Sleepwalking". You can hear samples of their music HERE at their website. Last year when they played McGuffy's, I interviewed guitarist Thomas Juliano (left) and bassist Casey Daniel (right) seen pictured below with me (center).

The TV Fall Season is about to begin!
Wednesday 08-27-2008 3:54pm ET

Wrap up your Labor Day Weekend festivities with FOX Monday night at 8 with the 2-hour Season 4 Premiere of "PRISON BREAK", a fun, fast-paced show on my list of favs. A ton happend in the 2-hour finale from Season 3 so get the recap HERE (or you are also able to watch the finale as well). The story hasn't quite been as intriguing as its first season, but the writers know how to layout a fast-paced show, with plenty of twists & turns. Kudos to FOX for keeping this show going, even when the original premise was over. Plus, rumors say Sarah will be reappearing....which is fine if they do it right. I just hope Jodi Lyn O'Keefe (who plays baddie-bitchy Susan) doesn't go away anytime soon....See what I mean below???? You can see Jodi in character (below right), but enjoy one of her shots from Maxim (left).

Just another amazing week-long stay in Sturgis, South Dakota, as part of our annual Bman in the Badlands trek. My camera trigger finger is sore from all the pics. Plus, thanks to Amy & Donnie for taking pictures also - as I'll be posting their shots soon. See & hear all the chaos here! Below is a pic of me in front of Crazy Horse Memorial. Rock and ride on...
