On my first official weigh-in I realized that for the first time in my life I lost weight. It was about a pound and a quarter, I'm not exactly sure cuz those doctor's scales bounce around and I was being impatient, but it was less than I weighed 5 days prior to then. My next weigh-in is this Monday.  So far today all I've had is an ounce of peanuts. To tell you the truth, I don't really feel that hungry. I know, not the balanced meals I should be eating but I'm changing what and when I eat. Plus I found time to integrate more exercise into my routine. Despite the weather, I played tennis everyday this week, even 'hitting' twice on Monday. I am more sore than usual but overall I feel pretty good, and am drinking a lot more water.  I'm eating less cuz buying more fruits and vegetables prove to be considerably more costly than $1 double cheeseburgers, so rather tha revert to the bad/cheap stuff I'll skimp on bulk. Going to bed hungry at night has been the greatest change I believe.  I know its paying dividends too.  Five more weeks to go...I can do this!
