Jeanette Ellis discovered a box of discarded VHS porn tapes near her South Carolina home, so the 52-year-old did what most people would do: She left them at the curb for the next garbage pickup. Well, actually, that is not what Ellis did. She actually went door-to-door in her neighborhood seeking to sell the tapes to neighbors. One of them called the cops.

A new study by (U.K.’s Durham University) questions the long-held belief that alcohol consumption makes a person drop their standards as to whom they’d drop their drawers for. The study’s author says that alcohol doesn’t make people look more attractive, it just increases their level of lust.
