Saturday Morning doing the Best of Bob and Tom
And keeping Saturday Night going all night long!!!
About Paulie

This is the story of Paul "Paulie" Brigitzer. By day a computer guy who keeps the computers working around here. By night he's a bit different than most geeks we know. Just look at the pic above.

You can catch Paul doing "The Best of Bob and Tom" each Saturday Morning from 6 am until 9 am, and Saturday Midnight until 6 am Sunday. Yes, technically Saturday night at midnight is Sunday but don't tell Paul that he has his own set of rules on time and days.

Where are you originally from?
Brookville, Ohio...I may have to change that later due to the witness protection program.

What do you like most about working for WTUE?
Rock Baby!

What CDs are in your CD player right now?
A mix CD with the new Crue, EndeavorafteR, Airborne, Saints of the Underground, Theory of a Deadman and some Kid Rock

Where do you hang out most in Dayton?
I can be found in the pool with my handy floating chair and sometimes joined by my trusty sidekick Max the Wonder Pug (if the wife can catch him to put on his life jacket). I can't wait for Summer!

What was the best concert you've ever seen?
Wow that's a tough one I have seen some great shows. The Who twice in Columbus, The Stones twice in Cinci, Paul McCartney, Kiss (4 times), The Doobie Bros. at Hara was my first show, The Lollapalooza in 92 with Red Hot Chili Peppers, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Temple of the Dog, Porno for Pyros, Stone Temple Pilots, Rage Against the Machine. The Abby Road Tour at the Fraze. One that's not a bunch of big names but I need to include was in Columbus with The North Mississippi All-Stars, Big Head Tood and the Monsters, and Blues Traveler.

Tattoos (location)?
None yet, but, thinking about a couple. Maybe my next trip to Vegas!

If you could beat the crap out of one person, who would it be and why?
The guy who said that it would be a good idea to increase the tax on smokes by 70 cents a pack needs an ass whippin’! Not to mention Gasoline Company Execs, and anyone who voted for the no smoking law!

Kid Rock, Lynyrd Skynyrd
Friday 08-15-2008 3:20pm ET

Kid Rock, Lynyrd Skynyrd kicked ass at Riverbend last night. After a traffic jam and loading more beef into a jeep than should be attempted, the show rocked! (for those who were in the jeep my boys finally thawed out) Thanks for driving us Jeff!!

Skynyrd as solid as ever, sounded great and played hit after hit.

If you have never been to a Kid Rock show it's hard to explain how much fun it is. Kid, the Twisted Brown Trucker Band, Rev Run, and the Crowd all have a good time. Kid Rock put's on a great rock show, instead of telling you about it I am telling you to go to one for yourself. I will say after the show I was looking for my LP of Ted Nugent "Double Live Gonzo"

One other note...Mongo how you feeling today?

Now for Saturday,Poison, Dokken, Sebastian Bach....
Monday, Joe Bonamassa........And Tuesday, Cruefest!

JVC commercial ....but it has got me looking forward to CrueFest

These guys are a fairly new band. They rock and sound alot like a band that could be played in the Hair Club! I love Hair Metal! Check out the song and the edited for WTUE video here.
I highly recommend the unedited version!

Opening Act for Black Crowes
Thursday 06-26-2008 4:45pm ET
The opening act for the Black Crowes at the LC is a blues oriented band "Grace Potter and the Nocturnals". They have a great sound, truly a jam band. This is a video from them opening for Big Head Todd and the Monsters at Red Rocks.

Found another rocker from Grace Potter with Joe Satriani cranking a Neil Young Jam!

Enjoy "Cortez the Killer"
